Junior CRM / Retention Marketing Coordinator

• Creating, implementing, and managing CRM activities and promotions
• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of campaign briefs and plans
• Coordinating the delivery of promotional content and other marketing materials
• Analyzing and managing customer segmentation for multiple brands
• Setting up bonuses and promotions in product back offices
• Evaluating campaign performance and preparing post-campaign analysis
• Preparing and coordinating landing pages and other communication channels
• Creating and optimizing mobile-responsive email templates and marketing materials

• Numerical proficiency with the ability to interpret insights from data

• Proficiency in English suitable for negotiation

• Experience or knowledge in HTML/CSS, CRM,  
• Experience in campaign management solutions or  
• Native knowledge of any of the following languages is a significant advantage: Brazil-Portuguese, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese
